Deep freeze also has a great advantage because it will difinitely restore your system from its state where the best configuration is. If you have executed a file and you were not sure about it and deep freeze is installed, then just by restarting your computer it will restore back to the point the executed file is notinstalled.How will you rate these software? | | Free Security Software | | Everytime i get or download a free security software i get this notice after 30 or 60 days that my computing world is going to come to an end if i don't upgrade. Of course after about three of those, i realized i just needed to get rid of them by uninstalling that software and go find another free one. But that get's tiring after
a while too, got any tips of best fee antivirus...and internet security software...since there also seems to be difference there too. How do you cope with security software that keeps to tided to them by threating that youre vunerlable if you don't upgrade? do you like that they can do that? | |

I need some advice on what security software to get for my two networked computers.
I have been using trend micro Internet security for about two years now without a lot of trouble (just the occassion virus slipping through now and then and me having to get the computer erased and reinstalled) other than that most of the viruses I encounter are detected and deleted.
However, in about three days my subscription will expire and to recieve more updates I will have to buy trend micro 2009/10 or buy a new program.I was just wondering what's the best program out there are how trend micro compared to all the other security software suits out there? | |

| | Best free internet security software | | Does anyone know what the best free internet security software is?Until recently I was using Mcafee but started having loads of problems so I had to change. I am now using Zonealarm firewall which I'm told is pretty good, anything has to be better than Windows firewall! I also have AVG antivirus, I've heard both good and bad things about it but it seems to be the no. 1 choice for free though it's detection rate is only about 85%. I have been told that Avir Antivirus is better, has anybody use this? What are your recommendations? | |
